I spent years waiting for clarity, when all I really needed was to follow the next gentle tug at my heart.

Something I wouldn’t learn until many years later.

At fourteen, I received my first invitation into another way of living, honored to tag along with my best friends’ grandparents for the summer abroad in England. A moment in time that would forever change the trajectory of my life and my heart all at once.

Besides becoming lovingly addicted to a nice cuppa tea, my eyes opened to a world wide with possibility, a doorway out of the turbulence and uncertainty I had known as home. And I took every chance I could to step into it, to be part of something that felt hopeful and new.

Oh and the adventures that followed...

Thirty years and countless once-dreamed-of moments later, after living in four countries (one of them three separate times), studying, working, volunteering, and traveling to more than seventy countries, my life had become a tapestry of stories. One weaved with gratitude and awe. l wouldn’t change a thing.

Yet, through all the wonderful and adventurous journeys, the one that has been the most meaningful for me and for this one life that we get, is the journey within.

This is where the real story begins…

And it’s the story I’m ready to share—slowly, gently—through the unfolding pages and chapters of this Blog.

A journey of coming home to myself.
